Join CEETL's latest micro-course "Reading Meaning". This basic, fully asynchronous, self-paced course supports students to participate in different genres in their subject. This course provides teaching strategies, resources, and university dialogues to support the academic success of all our students through social annotations.

In this mini-course, participants will:

When is the course available and how do I register? Teacher allowance: $250 after completion (before tax) GTA allowance: $110 after completion (before tax) Estimated time commitment: 5-hour fall course: October 25 to November 22, 2021. This course is self-paced and asynchronous, so you can participate anytime during this date range; please be sure to complete the course before Monday, November 22, 2021. Therefore, the final amount and time of allowance payment may vary according to personal tax rates and university employment status. To monitor incoming payments, we recommend that you turn on bank notifications to get reminders about your account. All members of the SF State teaching community are welcome to participate and complete the CEETL teacher development course to obtain a certificate, but due to CSU policy, the following appointments will not be eligible for the allowance: MPP, faculty, FERP faculty, and individuals are actively employed by San Francisco State University.
